Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
- 125 gr. Butter soft
- 125 gr. Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 95 gr. Flour
- 30 gr. Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 2 Bananas very ripe
- 100 gr. Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla on medium speed.
- In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Slowly mix it into the wet mixture.
- Re-use the medium bowl to mash the bananas. Add to the dough on high speed.
- Mix in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough into the lined muffin pans with the ice cream scooper to ensure that the muffins are all the same size.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
